βοΈ How the Increase Is Built
Each increase is built from two levers, capped at the Company-Agreed Maximum Increase:
Performance β the 0β10 score from each employee's SOP-based review (use the Review button per person).
Compliance / Audit β the company audit outcome %, applied to everyone.
CPI / inflation is shown as a reference indicator only β it is not added into the increase.
Management override may be set per employee on a decision basis (still bound by the company maximum).
π Maximum Increase Rates
The agreed ceiling. A perfect review at full compliance reaches exactly this.
Each increase is built from the Company Max Increase:
Performance = 60% of the max, earned in proportion to the 0β10 review score.
Compliance = 40% of the max, earned in proportion to the audit %.
So a perfect 10/10 review at 100% audit = the full 10% maximum; an average review earns proportionally less.
CPI is a reference indicator only and is not added. A per-employee management override (decision basis) replaces the calculated gross, still bound by the company maximum.
